About FlexTracker
We help modern teams turn tracked time into trusted invoices
FlexTracker exists for consultants, agencies, and independent teams that need a dependable loop between tracked time, client scopes, and invoice-ready exports.
Why we built FlexTracker
Our team juggled distributed consultants, ad-hoc projects, and retainers. Timers lived in one app, scope notes in another, and invoices always required a spreadsheet cleanup. FlexTracker stitches that loop together: log time with context, tag it to the right scope, and carry those details straight into an invoice or export.
Every improvement we make—whether it is default rates on scopes, quick CSV exports, or saved invoice profiles—comes from that same goal of keeping billable work accurate without extra admin work.
Who we serve
- Agencies: Creative, marketing, and development shops that need a shared timer, scope list, and invoice builder their whole team can use.
- Consultancies: Firms that rely on categories, notes, and scope tags to keep time entries approval-ready for every engagement.
- Independent teams: Contractors and small collectives that want dependable exports for accountants without maintaining custom spreadsheets.
FlexTracker is used today by small teams who want control: customizable categories, manual or timer-based entry, invoices that can be duplicated, and CSV exports any accountant can open.

What guides us
Workflows over features
We only ship features that reduce admin time for the people entering hours, approving scopes, or building invoices.
Clarity over clutter
Every screen focuses on the details teams actually need—categories, notes, scope tags, and the totals that drive billing.
Honest roadmapping
We publish what exists today and what is still on the backlog so customers can plan with confidence.
Reliable delivery
Consultancies run on deadlines, so we invest in predictable exports, invoice snapshots, and clear status messages.
